- Depth knowledge of upstream system processes like ERPs, CRM, and Sales Operations including territory and quota management systems, pricing systems, contract management systems, master data management system Process and Data profiling focusing on Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- E2E Architecture, Low-level solution Design, Data management and processing flow, Data modeling, Integration Techniques, Real-time data processing flow Working closely with Architects and technical leads of other tracks to integrate technology and functionality Conducting solution design reviews with Stryker Leads and accommodating feedback

- Assessing technological risks that could jeopardize the growth and/or operations of the organization; making recommendations on applications retirement.
- Demonstrating expertise in a variety of systems development concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Developing and building robust integration with Infrastructure, Security, Governance, Service Delivery, etc.,
- Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
- Reviewing and Governing business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans, and cutover plans for go-live sites.
