We are seeking a skilled and passionate Azure Data Engineering Trainer to deliver offline classroom training. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Azure data services along with proven experience in training, mentoring, or teaching learners in a classroom or institutional setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver instructor-led offline training sessions on Azure Data Engineering concepts
- Design and prepare training materials, assignments, and real-time use cases
- Train students on Azure tools such as:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Azure Data Lake
- Azure SQL Database
- Explain concepts like:
- ETL/ELT processes
- Data pipelines
- Data warehousing
- Big data processing
- Provide hands-on lab sessions and practical exercises
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects
- Offer career guidance and interview preparation support
- Update training content as per latest Azure trends and technologies
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
- SQL and database concepts
- Python / PySpark (preferred)
- Good understanding of data engineering workflows and cloud architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
Mandatory Requirements:- Proven experience as a trainer, faculty, or instructor (offline or classroom training preferred)
- Experience in handling batches of students or professionals
- Strong teaching and mentoring mindset
- Azure certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Prior experience in training institutes, colleges, or coaching centers
- Experience in creating course curriculum and training modules
