About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML), and cloud infrastructure provisioning.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Deployment & Automation
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform following IaC best practices.
- Develop modular, reusable, and version-controlled infrastructure components.
- Create and optimize Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for automated deployments.
- Implement CI/CD frameworks to support application and infrastructure delivery.
Azure Cloud Engineering
- Provision and configure Azure resources (e.g., AKS, VNets, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, App Services).
- Ensure infrastructure adheres to cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Work with Azure RBAC, Managed Identities, Policies, and ARM resource management.
DevOps & Operational Excellence
- Improve deployment reliability, scalability, and observability through automation.
- Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure native tools (Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
- Troubleshoot issues across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain clear documentation for IaC modules, deployment processes, and pipeline architecture.
- Participate in architectural reviews, technical discussions, and DevOps strategy planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Strong experience with Terraform in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
- Strong knowledge of YAML-based pipeline definitions.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Git version control, and Git branching strategies.
- Proficiency with Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VNets, subnets).
Contract Details:

- Duration: 6+ months with extensions
