Job Description

Description

  • Monitor Azure resources, alerts, and dashboards for availability and performance
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for VM, network, and service issues
  • Handle routine operational tasks (VM start/stop, backups, patching, user access)
  • Monitor Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and respond to incidents as per SOPs
  • Execute approved changes (RFCs) and follow ITSM processes
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams with proper logs and details
  • Ensure basic security and compliance checks are followed
  • Maintain operational documentation and daily status reports
  • Should have knowledge of Kubernetes, docker, Jenkins services knowledge

Mandatory Skills

  • Should have knowledge of Kubernetes, docker, Jenkins services knowledge
  • Execute approved changes (RFCs) and follow ITSM processes

Good To Have Skills/ Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of IAM concepts (Azure AD users, roles, RBAC)
  • Awareness of security best practices (NSGs, basic firewall rules)
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, ports, subnets)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
