Job Description

Design, configure, and administer Azure resources including compute, storage, networking, and identity services to meet client requirements.
Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization.
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging for Azure workloads to ensure high availability and performance.
Perform routine maintenance, patching, backup, and recovery operations for Azure-based infrastructure and services.
Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure services, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and root causes.
Support migration of on-premises workloads to Azure, including assessment, planning, and execution activities.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for Azure environments.
Collaborate with architects and security teams to implement governance, security baselines, and compliance controls in Azure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Azure administration best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose Azure-based solutions, and provide regular status updates on initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–9 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Azure Administration in production environments.
Hands-on experience managing Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
Strong understanding of Azure portal, Azure CLI, and basic automation for administrative tasks.
Proven experience in monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery operations within Azure.
Solid knowledge of security, access management, and governance concepts in Azure environments.
