Responsibilities
He/She will be responsible for
- Administrate and manage all the components of variety of MFT tools licensed in Cotiviti Environment
- Works with internal and external customers to configure and troubleshoot file transfers.
- Daily monitoring of the system health and resolving the critical issues in Jira within SLA times.
- As a Senior Analyst, help the Analysts and Junior Analysts on the operational improvements and Critical issues.
- Implement proper security certificates for file transfer protocols and well versed with file Encryption/Decryption notions.
- Monitors the performance of the tools and resolves operational problems.
- Work with vendor, client, internal businesses, client service managers to collaborate on new implementations and/or issues troubleshooting
- Coordinating the installation of softwares on Linux/windows platforms and performing software patches upgrades.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Identify and implement new processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Designing, Administrating and supporting different MFT solutions
- Working knowledge of Software installations/setup/configuring the vendor softwares in on Prem and cloud environment
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environments and basic network concepts.
- Should be comfortable in any of the scripting languages Python/Shell Scripting/Powershell scripting to automate the daily tasks.
- Highly focused on following the security procedures.
- Experience in a 2nd level of operational support role
- Experience working with security certificates for encryption/decryption and authentication.
- Experience monitoring and resolving file transfer issues.
- Proficient documentation skills; able to fully document operational requirements, proposed solutions, processes, and data flows effectively
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- Axway Secure Transport Admin certification is preferred but not Mandatory
- Working knowledge on other MFT tools like GlobalScape/IBM Connect Direct will be an added advantage
