Job Description :

• Analyze and integrate data from multiple disparate systems using data virtualization platforms to enable seamless data access and insights.
• Design and implement data mesh and data fabric architectures to support decentralized data management and scalable data accessibility across the organization.
• Perform federated queries to retrieve and analyze data across multiple distributed data sources.
• Define user and business personas aligned with data requirements and deliver solutions that effectively meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs for development, implementation, and deployment.
• Develop and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load large volumes of structured and unstructured data into AWS data lakes, Snowflake, or other cloud-based data warehouse platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes, create design artifacts, build components, and support SIT and UAT testing, including issue triaging and bug resolution.
• Optimize and enhance data pipeline jobs to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement data quality and validation frameworks to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Provide analytical expertise to design and implement business intelligence and data integration solutions that support reporting and advanced analytics.
• Translate data integration models and design specifications into efficient, maintainable source code.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of data integration systems to meet evolving business requirements.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Regulatory Reporting using AXIOM (Mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience as a Report Visualization Engineer, working with tools such as Axiom, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms, delivering solutions end-to-end.
• 5+ years of experience with data virtualization and modern data architectures, including Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and federated querying platforms such as Denodo, Starburst, or open-source alternatives.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Modeling, Data Governance frameworks, and Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise deployment strategies, including migration of reports from legacy reporting platforms to modern analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience in ETL development, including extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of structured and unstructured data into AWS Data Lakes or modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience supporting Data Management Engineering teams in areas such as Data Pipeline Engineering, Data Services, Data Access Engineering, ETL design, and BI framework development.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, database design principles, and ETL best practices.
• Experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed computing environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance practices in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in optimizing and fine-tuning data pipelines and Spark jobs for performance and scalability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or Starburst are considered an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) will be an added advantage.
