Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing.
Participate in efforts related to designing, planning, enhancing, and testing all cybersecurity technologies used in managing external client authentication.
Other contact center experience like Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco cubes could be considered as well.
Any voice experience in the contact center space such as Sip, Session Boarder Controllers, Cisco, AWS WebRTC Phones, Google Voice.
