Job Description

  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS in using AWS IAM, VPC, KMS, Secrets Manager services and AWS Certified Security Specialty
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Prior experience working with Phone/Voice authentication technologies
  • Neustar Authenticator/Account link experience
  • Nice Engage/RTA experience
  • Previous experience in planning and managing IT projects
  • Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing.
  • Participate in efforts related to designing, planning, enhancing, and testing all cybersecurity technologies used in managing external client authentication.
  • Other contact center experience like Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco cubes could be considered as well.
  • Any voice experience in the contact center space such as Sip, Session Boarder Controllers, Cisco, AWS WebRTC Phones, Google Voice.
