Role Overview: (This is not a Devops Engineer role)
We are looking for an experienced AWS Developer with strong proficiency in Python or Golang to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services and a solid understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-native applications using Python or Golang.
- Build and maintain serverless and containerized solutions on AWS.
- Implement and manage AWS services such as:
- Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudWatch
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for integration with other systems.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 36 years of experience in AWS development.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM).
- Experience with serverless architecture and microservices design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of security best practices in AWS (IAM roles, encryption, VPC).
- Good understanding of API development and integration patterns.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Exposure to monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect).
