Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation

• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production and non-production environments

• Work on AWS cloud services including provisioning, configuration, and management of resources

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Bicep

• Support release and deployment activities across environments

• Provide production support and follow SOPs for incident management and resolution

• Perform production debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

• Monitor system health using monitoring tools and ensure high availability of services

• Proactively manage incidents and provide timely updates and reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and operational support

• Communicate effectively with clients through email and collaboration channels
