Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in operational support of cloud-based systems, with a focus on AWS.
Core Technologies and Skills
- Cloud Technologies:
- Proficiency with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda functions, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, CloudFront, CodeDeploy, IAM, VPC, EKS, EC2, Cognito, SecretsManager, Route53.
- Infrastructure as Code:
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (including authoring custom modules) and AWS CloudFormation.
- Serverless Architectures: Experience deploying and managing serverless applications.
- Containerization:
- Proficiency in Docker for creating, managing, and deploying containers.
- Scripting: Strong skills in shell scripting and Python for automation and task management.
- Version Control:
- Familiarity with Bitbucket for repository management and code reviews.
- AWS CLI:
- Proficiency in using AWS Command Line Interface for managing AWS services and automating tasks.
- Monitoring Tools:
- Experience with Datadog, Mixpanel, and other APM tools for monitoring, analytics, and alert management.
- CI/CD:
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket-CI, Jenkins, and Fastlane (for Android). Familiarity with iOS CI/CD processes.
- Agile Development:
- Extremely familiar operating in Agile development environments with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- SQL:
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and management.
