AWS Data engineer - Snowflake - DBT

Exp : 5yrs to 8yrs

4 to 8 years in the Data Engineering domain 4+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Data Engineering services, including: o Amazon S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, EMR, Step Functions Strong expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline design and implementation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar programming languages. Experience with data modelling, schema design, and query optimisation. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-native architectures. Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines and version control (e.g., Git). Exposure to data Lakehouse architectures and tools like Databricks, Apache Iceberg, or Delta Lake. Knowledge of real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Kinesis, Kafka). Familiarity with data governance frameworks, security best practices, and compliance standards. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross functional teams. Strong leadership and mentoring experience, especially in managing 2- 5 engineers.
