About Digital Transformation Practice

We aim to provide clients with practical advice on leveraging technology to drive business growth. Key requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Elicit and document business requirements (BRD) from stake holders, Regulatory, finance teams.
  • Data Fetching: Collation of data using PLSQL, EMR, Lambda, etc.
  • ETL Pipeline and Mart Generation using Python or SQL: Develop pipeline and data mart.
  • Co-ordination with Internal and external Teams: Coordinate with internal team such as Finance, IT, EDW, Regulatory, Business etc.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensure financial accuracy of the said systems by implementing proactive checks and balances.
  • Reg Return Submission: Ensure Deposit mart is created as per the timeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience managing said systems in a scheduled commercial bank.
  • Working Knowledge in AWS, Redshift, EMR, Step Functions, S3, Python, SQL, etc. will be needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge in IRIS application will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
