Job Title: AWS Cloud Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Services Engineer (IaaS) with hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory administration, and L2 support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting hybrid cloud environments leveraging VMware, AWS, and Terraform, while ensuring adherence to ITSM best practices and service delivery excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with VMware, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N3) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes, compliance, and documentation standards.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator Associate
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
  • HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • JLPT N2/N3 (Not mandatory, but preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and provide L2 support for Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and change management tasks.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure deployments and automation using VMware, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Maintain, review, and update operational procedures and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices, meeting defined KPIs and SLRs.
  • Participate in service improvement, planning, and performance analysis initiatives.
  • Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
  • Assist in security management, including monitoring, incident response, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams, ensuring process and system documentation is current.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams, including communication with Japanese stakeholders.
