Job Description
Infrastructure Support
Manage day to day operations across AWS and Azure environments ensuring availability scalability and compliance
Monitor cloud infrastructure using Amazon CloudWatch and Azure Monitor analyze performance metrics and respond promptly to incidents
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues across AWS ECS EKS and Elastic Beanstalk ensuring smooth container and application rollouts
Support Amazon RDS for MySQL MSSQL and PostgreSQL handling provisioning backup and restore schema changes performance tuning and access management
Python Engineering and Automation
Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation operational tasks monitoring integrations and tooling
Build automation for cloud operations processes incident response audit compliance and reporting
Use Python to enhance system reliability reduce manual effort and deliver operational efficiencies
Infrastructure as Code and CICD
Work with GitHub Actions for CICD automation
Implement and maintain AWS CloudFormation templates for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
Linux and SAP Application Support
Provide Linux administration for cloud based systems supporting SAP workloads
Perform OS level troubleshooting performance tuning and system optimization
Security and Compliance
Execute ICS security remediations and ensure closure of compliance gaps
Perform regular OS patching implement security best practices and apply required remediations to enhance system security posture
Backup and Recovery
Manage backup and restore activities including manual and automated snapshots ensuring business continuity and data protection
Required Skills
Strong Python scripting and automation experience
Hands on expertise with AWS and Azure services ECS EKS CloudWatch RDS EC2 Azure Monitor
Solid understanding of Linux administration
Experience with CICD pipelines GitHub Actions and CloudFormation
Exposure to containerized applications Docker Kubernetes
Incident management and troubleshooting experience in production environments
Understanding of cloud security patching and compliance processes
