Job Summary: We are hiring a proactive Senior AWS Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a track record of driving DevOps culture and automation in production environments. You will mentor junior developers and influence cloud strategies across teams.

Key Skills:

Expert knowledge of AWS services and architecture

Advanced experience with CI/CD tools and workflows (CodePipeline, Jenkins, etc.)

Strong scripting/programming in Python, Bash, or Ruby

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Deep understanding of DevOps practices, system security, and monitoring

Experience with container technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS)

Proficient with Git, version control, and agile workflows

Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (RDS, DynamoDB)

AWS certification preferred (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Architect and maintain scalable and secure AWS solutions

Lead implementation of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Design and execute system maintenance and incident response strategies

Mentor junior and mid-level developers

Collaborate with stakeholders on technical design and process improvements

Build tools to improve developer productivity and system reliability

Continuously optimize infrastructure cost, performance, and security
