AWS Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business and enterprise customers using AWS services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AWS infrastructure and hosted applications.
• Work closely with Global AWS Support and in-country teams under a follow-the-sun support model.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets, escalating to Tier 2 teams when required.
• Maintain detailed documentation for incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
• Continuously enhance AWS knowledge and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
