ROLE SUMMARY

• Provide tier 2/3 support for non-production Ovation applications and AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime for testing teams. Prepare applications for production through runbook reviews, monitoring setup, and troubleshooting documentation.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years in AWS support, DevOps, or technical support roles
• Strong AWS knowledge: EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch with hands-on support experience
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience: deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications
• Working knowledge of Kafka, Vault, Harness, Jenkins, Artifactory
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Artifactory)
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk/SignalFx) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Solid Linux/Unix administration and basic scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with ability to identify root causes
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
