What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in London Market underwriting operations
- Proven expertise in Underwriting Services and Delegated Authority
- Demonstrated large-span leadership (50+ FTEs)
- Insurance operations background (non-finance)
- Experience with BPM / consulting organizations preferred
