This is an individual contributor role focused on building netnew pipeline and closing new business through highly targeted outbound prospecting in a SaaS / HR Tech environment. The role combines strategic hunter ownership of a territory with handson deal execution and strong use of AIpowered prospecting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused outbound prospecting strategy for priority segments (industries, geographies, buyer personas), owning the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
- Build and continuously enrich highquality prospect lists using AIdriven data providers, intent signals, and enrichment tools to identify highpropensity accounts and contacts.
- Run structured, multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) using AIassisted sequencing and personalization to drive meetings with senior HR, Total Rewards, and People leaders.
- Conduct deep discovery, consultative conversations, and tailored product demos that clearly articulate business impact and ROI for prospect organizations.
- Own proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding individual pipeline, meeting, and revenue quotas.
- Use AI tools for research, messaging, and call preparation (e.g., automatic account research, personalized email drafting, conversation insights) to maximize productivity and relevance of outreach.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene with accurate activity logging, opportunity stages, and forecasting for a fully outboundgenerated book of business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share prospect feedback, refine ICP, improve messaging, and cocreate outbound plays and assets that improve conversion.
Required Skills And Experience
- 10-15 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong bias toward hunting and outboundled acquisition; HR Tech or People/Rewards SaaS background is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success generating your own pipeline via outbound prospecting and consistently achieving or exceeding newbusiness quotas in remote roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach and run executivelevel conversations with senior HR and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional closing capability, including managing multistakeholder deals, handling objections, and driving urgency in remote, virtual sales cycles.
- High proficiency with modern outbound and AIpowered tools (sales engagement platforms, data providers, LinkedIn, AI prospecting and copy tools) and a datadriven approach to testing and optimizing sequences.
- Selfstarter mindset suited to a remote, individualcontributor role: comfortable working autonomously, organizing own prospecting calendar, and holding yourself accountable to activity and outcome metrics.
