Role: AVP, Security Engineering (Cybersecurity)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and manage security tools (EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP, MFA)
• Implement security controls across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), network, endpoint, and applications
• Identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation with internal teams and vendors
• Integrate security solutions within infrastructure and DevSecOps environments
• Support security operations, incident response, and issue resolution
• Track risks, incidents, and remediation through tools like ServiceNow
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and SOC teams for execution
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 8-15 years in Cybersecurity / Information Security
• Strong hands-on experience in security engineering and tool management
• Expertise across cloud, network, endpoint, and data security
• Experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP, WAF
• Good understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS frameworks
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
