Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AVP-Sales based in Coimbatore. The AVP-Sales will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and oversee business development operations. The role involves crafting and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing customer relationships. The individual will also take part in sales operations and mentor sales teams to achieve targets and company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Account Management, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and expertise in streamlining sales processes to drive efficiency
  • Experience in Sales Management and building client relationships across the region
  • Proven track record in Business Development, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
  • Leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a strategic mindset
  • Prior experience in the EdTech sector is an advantage
  • Should be an individual contributor who can travel extensively
  • Should own car & license
