AVP, Regulatory Compliance (Retail/PWM)

We are seeking an experienced AVP, Regulatory Compliance to join a leading bank. This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance professional to play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across the bank's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks effectively
• Advise business units on compliance risks and provide guidance on regulatory obligations
• Conduct compliance reviews and support audits to ensure robust controls
• Liaise with regulators and manage regulatory submissions as required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance within retail banking and/or private wealth banking (PWM)
• Strong understanding of MAS regulations and other relevant regulatory frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide practical compliance solutions
