Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of AVP/Regional Head - BDM (Business Development Manager). The role involves traveling and driving business growth, identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities in both public and pvt sector, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The AVP/Regional Head will also manage partnerships in the region, and ensure the achievement of regional sales objectives. The individual will play a key role in designing and implementing strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue for Phygitech Learning Solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business development, sales strategy, client acquisition and maintaining relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Experience in the education sector, technology, or related industries is advantageous
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and grow business within a region
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Relevant experience of at least 6-8 years
