Job Description

Manage end-to-end real estate/ Infrastructure investment banking transactions, including deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.
Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify and address their financial needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for real estate investment opportunities.
Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and financial models for stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the senior management team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all transactions.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their professional development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP Real Estate - IB should have:

Experience - 3-5 years of experience in RE/Infra Investment Banking from Front end/Global Mid offices
A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
Sectors - RE/Infrastructure
Proven expertise in real estate investment banking and financial modelling.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
