Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to handover in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Resolve construction challenges, design modifications, and operational issues efficiently.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

  • Prepare and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and process improvements.
  • Approve contracts, procurement, and vendor negotiations in coordination with the procurement team.

Compliance & Regulatory Approvals:

  • Ensure projects adhere to BMC, RERA, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities for approvals, NOCs, and environmental clearances.
  • Implement safety and sustainability guidelines in line with legal norms.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and site supervisors, ensuring high performance.
  • Handle client and investor expectations, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Implement best practices and technological advancements in project execution.
  • Improve construction methodologies for faster and more efficient project delivery.
  • Optimize resource allocation and workforce planning for maximum efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in real estate project management, with a strong background in luxury residential & commercial projects.
  • Prior experience in managing high-rise or premium projects in South Mumbai is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, contract management, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local construction laws, safety standards, and regulatory approvals.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
