Job Description
- Lead complex projects independently, driving regulatory and strategic change initiatives
- Own the project design and delivery right from building the case to delivering the outcomes
- Explore trends and new, innovative ideas that will positively impact the business
- Ensure standardization in the project/change management practices adopted and align them to the organization goals
- Prepare project reports (weekly project update, monthly status update, highlighting risks)
- Work with other division like Front Office Technology, Operations and Sales Support to identify and maximize opportunities
- Analyse current end to end system / process flows and produce clear, concise documentation
The Successful Applicant
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in financial services doing business analysis and project management, preferably in front/middle office transformation
- Understanding of Investment banking, derivatives, and fixed income operations is a must have
- Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies and knowledge of JIRA is preferred
- Adapts effectively to changing plans, domains, and priorities when faced with changing project constraints and timelines
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment
