We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Assistant Vice President Performance Operations.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage a team of performance analysts to strive towards achieving excellence in performance measurement and reporting by deploying efficient measures.
- Motivate and inspire team members to perform their best and upskill the team members by providing training and guidance
- Appropriately respond to the ad hoc queries related to fund performance and benchmarks
- Plan the resources to manage the priorities as per the busy business days and complexity of work
- Manage the stakeholders by having a constant line of communication and proactively considering the issues and plan for key risks and developments
- Manage the priorities across different tasks by liaising with stakeholders across different geographical regions.
To Be Successful You Will
- Post Graduate degree holder with 12+ years of experience in Performance Operations function
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Good understanding of asset management.
- Understanding of performance measurement and attribution calculation
- ood understanding of net asset values, fund size & corporate actions.
- Experience of 10+ years plus of managing a team in asset management function
- Experience of working or knowledge on Market Data provider like Bloomberg and rimes
