Job Description

Job locations: Bengaluru/ Chennai/ Pune

Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate should have experience in IT services delivery lead, Application development, Application modernization, etc.
  • Candidate must have been involved in Delivery Management across multiple accounts
  • Should have experience in T&M, Fixed price and Managed services models
  • The Delivery leader will have to manage daily delivery operations, Manage P&L, coordinate with all functions as required, lead a team, own client communications closely, work on new deals and drive overall ownership and accountability of accounts
  • Candidate should be hands-on in delivery management/project management processes and practices. He/she should be able to mentor his subordinates setting himself as an example.
  • Candidate should have a strong understanding of P&C insurance
  • Candidate will have to work on new client acquisitions and should have strong solutioning ability – Prior experience in presales is mandatory
  • Candidate should have scaled and handled large accounts
  • Candidate should have good understanding of different project estimation methodologies, financial risk assessment and management

Responsibilities: Offshore Delivery Management/Head | Global Service Delivery & Business Growth

Summary:

Experienced leader driving end-to-end delivery for global clients across USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan. Proven track record in Offshore Delivery Management, operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer success.

Domain: P&C Insurance /Commercial Insurance/ General Insurance.

Leaders must have managed P&C insurance delivery for any or all area such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial etc.

Client Service Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple clients across global regions, including USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan.
  • Implement robust governance frameworks to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Drive metrics-based performance management and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development

  • Formulate strategic account plans leveraging current footprint, capabilities, and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for AI adoption and align solutions with customer priorities and competitive landscape.
  • Structure deals and articulate value propositions addressing client pain points and strategic objectives.
  • Establish Centers of Excellence and build strategic alliances to unlock new revenue streams.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
  • Manage P&L to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth targets.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.

Capability Development & Talent Management:

  • Oversee resource planning and identify capability gaps to ensure delivery readiness.
  • Implement competency development programs and performance management frameworks.
  • Foster employee engagement and collaboration to build high-performing teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies for attrition control and talent retention.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure operational efficiency by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators across service delivery, productivity, and quality.
  • Manage portfolio P&L, profitability, and resource utilization to achieve financial objectives.
  • Continuously improve processes to drive cost optimization and operational agility.
