- Candidate should have experience in IT services delivery lead, Application development, Application modernization, etc.
- Candidate must have been involved in Delivery Management across multiple accounts
- Should have experience in T&M, Fixed price and Managed services models
- The Delivery leader will have to manage daily delivery operations, Manage P&L, coordinate with all functions as required, lead a team, own client communications closely, work on new deals and drive overall ownership and accountability of accounts
- Candidate should be hands-on in delivery management/project management processes and practices. He/she should be able to mentor his subordinates setting himself as an example.
- Candidate should have a strong understanding of P&C insurance
- Candidate will have to work on new client acquisitions and should have strong solutioning ability – Prior experience in presales is mandatory

Leaders must have managed P&C insurance delivery for any or all area such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial etc.
Client Service Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple clients across global regions, including USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan.
- Implement robust governance frameworks to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Drive metrics-based performance management and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
