Job Description

Designation: Assistant Vice President- Institutional Sales( Bids & Tender )
Location: Mumbai

About Our Client: Our client is one of India's fastest-growing and leading Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) company, recognized for delivering sustainable, tech-supported solutions across sectors including healthcare, education, infrastructure, and waste management.

Role Specifications: The incumbent would be responsible for Business Development and Sales in Government segments in accordance with the organizations vision and strategic directions to achieve strategic objectives. This position is also responsible for provide support to the team for smooth execution of key Government projects and collection of payments through synchronisation and coordination with Customer and relevant internal functions.

Key Deliverables:-

1. Achievement of Business objectives of revenue growth and gross margin (EBIDTA) through effective deployment of BMS and Strategic Business Plan (SBP)
2. Strategic Marketing Plan and budget
3. Immaculate MIS of Market and development of new business opportunities
4. Develop Talented, Experienced and Motivated team to achieve the Departmental Objectives / targets
5. Develop your own skills of Team Building, Mentoring and Coaching to effectively perform existing role & for future career growth

Job Description:-
1. Review Business performance and provide support to the team for preparation of Strategic Marketing Plan/ budget.
2. Liaising with Customers and government officials and coordination with Business Development & Support Teams.
3. Develop Market Intelligence on upcoming projects
4. Develop new prospects in Government Sales independently in the designated region / area
5. Presentation of Strategic Marketing plan /budget on proposed projects
6. Achieve the P & L of the Company in terms of the Gross Margin Targets set for the FY
7. Contract review and negotiations in accordance with the established Process to minimize NPA Customers
8. Identify improvement areas based on the Monthly Performance Data and plan corrective actions
9. Provide guidelines to the team for developing Market Intelligence and effective collation of MIS
10. Assess team capabilities and restructure the team in accordance with Business requirements

The candidate would be expected:-
1. To have Excellent Communication, Networking & Presentation Skills
2. To have prior experience in Tender identification & selections and Government liaison
3. Should be able to develop Customer Relationship in Government segments
4. To be Target Oriented
5. To be able to handle & work under sales pressure 6. Prior experience of integrated facilities / physical security industry would be an added advantage
