AVP Client Reporting | Investment Management Firm | Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client and internal reporting delivery ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements to enhance scalability and reduce manual risk
- Develop and oversee MIS frameworks, executive dashboards (KPIs/KRIs), and performance analytics
- Strengthen the reporting control environment, manage audit observations, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Act as senior escalation point for reporting and operational issues
- Lead and mentor teams across Business Analysis, Data Analysis, MIS, and Audit & Assurance
- Partner with global stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Services
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1214 years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Operations
- Minimum 5+ years in Client Reporting leadership roles
- Strong exposure to automation, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and reporting transformation
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and dashboarding tools
- Proven people management experience with ability to lead high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
