AVP Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales Team to achieve organizational revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across sectors, including Cloud, Data Center, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients globally.
  • Drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, and key account expansion initiatives.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technology to align business strategies and client solutions.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and manage C-level client relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the enterprise sales team to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership to expand business in international markets, including frequent travel to Dubai and other global locations.
  • Explore and promote opportunities in the AI and emerging technology segments as part of Cyfuture's next growth phase.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferably from a premier institute).
  • Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales leadership roles within IT, Cloud, or AI domains.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Center solutions, and AI-driven business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, visionary, and able to lead teams across regions effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as part of global business expansion initiatives.
