Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of mission-critical, client-facing applications
- Acting as the final architectural authority and technical escalation point
- Leading and mentoring a 15+ member engineering team, including senior leads
- Driving Agile rigor, delivery predictability, and engineering excellence
- Designing and scaling multi-cloud, event-driven, highly resilient systems
- Collaborating closely with Product, QA, and government stakeholders
Key Requirements
- 814 years of experience in software engineering and delivery
- Proven senior technical leadership managing 10+ engineers
- Hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, SQL, microservices, and cloud platforms
- Experience building high-availability, data-intensive platforms
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on scale and impact
