  1. 12 years of relevant experience
  2. Core Technical Competence -
  • Handling procurement/supply chain & operations in the finance sector and developing and managing efficient procurement strategies
  • To develop procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing sourcing strategies to meet the organization's needs
  • Good understanding of end-to-end P2P process (Sourcing. TPRM, Contact Admin, Vendor Management)
  • Ensure the team adheres to client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and timelines.
  • Lead discussions with clients on procurement initiatives/handle client visits
  • Ability to lead business development initiatives
  • Experience in handling Critical Situation
  • Willingness to perform duties in varying shifts
  • Accountability and ownership
