Responsibilities
- Design and implement annual attraction strategy: events, career fairs, skill sessions, university partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (D&I groups, job boards, universities).
- Represent the firm at recruitment events and organise insight sessions, managing logistics and communication.
- Oversee online and social media communications to ensure engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for graduates and interns, including candidate engagement and applicant tracking.
- Develop assessment tools (case studies, interview guides) and conduct assessment centres (in-person/virtual).
- Provide candidate feedback, extend offers, and support onboarding.
- Analyse recruitment data to improve selection processes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design development programmes for early careers talent.
- Manage relationships with professional bodies and training providers to support qualifications.
- Design and deliver training workshops, inductions, and networking events.
- Support managers in mentoring and developing graduates and interns.
- Integrate D&I principles across programmes and recruitment activities.
- Build partnerships with charities and internal diversity networks.
- Monitor and report on D&I data; support surveys and reviews like the Social Mobility Index.
Requirements
- Passion for graduate, intern, and apprenticeship recruitment and development.
- Experience managing rotational early careers programmes, preferably within financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment and assessment centres.
- Strong knowledge of graduate programme design and training delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in organising large-scale events.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and solution-focused with exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience in investment roles recruitment and financial services training pathways is advantageous.
