Responsibilities

  • Design and implement annual attraction strategy: events, career fairs, skill sessions, university partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (D&I groups, job boards, universities).
  • Represent the firm at recruitment events and organise insight sessions, managing logistics and communication.
  • Oversee online and social media communications to ensure engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for graduates and interns, including candidate engagement and applicant tracking.
  • Develop assessment tools (case studies, interview guides) and conduct assessment centres (in-person/virtual).
  • Provide candidate feedback, extend offers, and support onboarding.
  • Analyse recruitment data to improve selection processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design development programmes for early careers talent.
  • Manage relationships with professional bodies and training providers to support qualifications.
  • Design and deliver training workshops, inductions, and networking events.
  • Support managers in mentoring and developing graduates and interns.
  • Integrate D&I principles across programmes and recruitment activities.
  • Build partnerships with charities and internal diversity networks.
  • Monitor and report on D&I data; support surveys and reviews like the Social Mobility Index.

Requirements

  • Passion for graduate, intern, and apprenticeship recruitment and development.
  • Experience managing rotational early careers programmes, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment and assessment centres.
  • Strong knowledge of graduate programme design and training delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in organising large-scale events.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solution-focused with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Experience in investment roles recruitment and financial services training pathways is advantageous.
