Role: AVP - Cybersecurity Risk Governance, Training & Assessment

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AVP - Cybersecurity Risk Governance, Training & Assessment to support the APAC region, with a strong focus on cyber risk assessments, governance, compliance, and cybersecurity awareness within a regulated financial services environment.

This role sits within the Regional Technology Information Security team and works closely with APAC branches and global cybersecurity stakeholders to drive consistent cyber maturity and regulatory alignment.

Key Focus Areas

• Cybersecurity risk assessments & security reviews
• RCSA participation and control effectiveness reviews
• Information security policies, standards & governance
• Audit support, remediation tracking & risk reporting
• Cyber maturity assessments & regulatory alignment
• Cybersecurity awareness programs, phishing simulations & tabletop exercises

Requirements

• 813 years of experience in Cyber GRC / IT Risk / Cyber Risk Management
• Hands-on exposure to ISO 27001, Cyber Risk Indicators, RCSA
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF and ISO 31000
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and global teams
• Experience in regulated environments (BFSI preferred)

Note: This is not a penetration testing or deep technical role. The emphasis is on cyber risk, governance, compliance, and awareness.
