We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP Client Delivery Portfolio Office

In This Role, You Will

  • Works with Client Delivery Portfolio Office Team and Regional Heads to support the Portfolio Planning.
  • Carries out initial assessment / analysis into new client initiatives to determine the most appropriate programme set up and team design. Drives / Supports the programme mobilisation and start up and determines landing slot based on supply and demand management.
  • Supports RFP responses to clients and pitching process, on behalf of Change and Onboarding; delivers these in close partnership with Client Management and Product teams.
  • Creates and maintains Programme Delivery materials for presentation to clients as part of the pitch process, to ensure consistency.
  • Drives / Supports governance and oversight of the client change and onboarding delivery budgets and resource allocation across the function.
  • Provides oversight of the Client Programme Delivery Risk Management review updates and assist with deliverables / actions.
  • Supports delivery and oversight of client change fitness Reviews/Project Health Checks across the portfolio of change and how these recommendations are implemented across the function.
  • Participates in the client change delivery processes/reporting for the Client Change and Onboarding area to create a best practice for change and consistency of reporting to clients. Drives and maintains communication strategy for Client Change and Onboarding both internal and external.

To Be Successful You Will

  • A high quality degree level education with first class academic track record
  • A professional project/programme management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) - Desirable
  • Financial Services experience, specifically in change/operational role(s) in Securities Services or other relevant client change function
  • Experience of managing change within a Securities services and/or IT environment.
  • Change delivery practices including a working knowledge of a range of delivery practices including agile methodology
