Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives in the government sector.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and government-led healthcare initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, clinical, and strategy to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends, policy updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Lead proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with government entities.
Provide strategic guidance, leadership, and mentorship to junior business development team members.
Monitor performance metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue targets to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, healthcare policies, and organizational standards.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for public sector engagement and healthcare expansion.
