Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives in the government sector.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and tenders within government healthcare and allied sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and key institutional stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, clinical, and product teams to drive business expansion initiatives.
Analyze market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks in the government healthcare landscape.
Lead proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with government entities.
Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to junior business development and sales team members.
Monitor performance metrics, revenue targets, and pipeline development to ensure achievement of business goals.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, healthcare policies, and organizational standards.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for public sector engagement and healthcare access initiatives.
