Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dimapur for an Aviation Trainer at Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions in Aviation, customer service, grooming, and overall personality development of students. This includes preparing training materials, conducting assessments, ensuring students meet industry expectations, and providing guidance on professional etiquette. The trainer will also foster a professional learning environment and support students in building confidence and skills for successful career opportunities in the aviation and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Aviation concepts, in-flight operations, and safety protocols
- Experience in Soft Skills training, customer service, grooming, and personality development
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create and deliver structured and engaging training programs
- Proficiency in training evaluation methods and performance assessments
- A background in the Aviation, Hospitality, or related service sectors is highly preferred
- Graduate degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, or related field. Certifications in Aviation or Training are an advantage
