Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Aviation Faculty with a strong professional background in aviation ground operations. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience as aviation ground staff and hold a Master's degree in an aviation-related field. The candidate must be passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and preparing them for careers in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach subjects related to aviation operations, ground handling, customer service, cargo, safety procedures, and airport management.
- Share real-time industry knowledge and practical insights from ground staff experience.
- Conduct classroom training, practical sessions, workshops, and simulations.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and evaluation reports.
- Mentor and guide students for interviews, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality teaching standards and maintain academic documentation.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
- Participate in departmental meetings, events, seminars, and student activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Aviation Ground Staff (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of airport operations, safety protocols, ground handling, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students with practical learning approaches.
