Your Role

  • Responsible for facilitating the creation and distribution of periodic reports for external and internal customers
  • Prepares and reviews workpapers for state audits as requested by the state regulators.
  • Responsible for the facilitation of reconciliation of items that are out of standard of expected results
  • Manage customer reporting setup and changes including Online access
  • Effectively work with administrative and operational personnel

Your Profile

  • 4 to 6 years experience in Availability Management
  • Two-year college degree or material work experience in related field.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products: Excel Word PowerPoint with a particular emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with reporting and query tools such as SQL Cognos Crystal Reports or Tableau a plus.
  • Continuous improvement and detail-oriented mindset.
