Key Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration
- Install AV equipment, including audio/video conferencing devices, distributed audio, digital signage, control systems, and presentation systems
- Pull, terminate, and test structured cabling (Cat5e/6, HDMI, DVI, RGB, audio)
- Upload Crestron control programs and coordinate with remote teams for control system certification
Event Support & Troubleshooting
- Perform pre-event checks, setup, and breakdown of AV equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live events or installations
- Liaise with end users and vendors to ensure event success and system functionality
Inventory & Asset Management
- Manage AV inventory, including weekly/monthly stock levels, RMAs, and DOA issues
- Ensure proper documentation of installed equipment and service requests
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with cross-functional teams and internal users before and during events
- Build productive internal and external relationships to facilitate smooth project execution
- Provide clear communication and customer service to end users
