Job Description

CAVITAK with its 400 member strong team (referred to as Cavs) are engaged in below Business Verticals:

Retail Distribution - Mobile & Consumer Goods

Value-Added Tech Distribution - Audio & Video, Fire, Security, Automation, Network & Power Solutions and Fundamental Resource Management & AI

Global Commerce - Launchpad for global and Indian brands on e-commerce platforms

Role Summary:

Provide hands-on technical support for enterprise Audio Visual systems, ensuring reliable operation, quick issue resolution, and smooth user experience across AV environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and troubleshoot AV systems including LED/LCD displays, projectors, video walls, and digital signage
  • Handle video conferencing and collaboration systems (camera, mic, speaker integration)
  • Support audio systems: microphones, speakers, amplifiers, DSPs, and mixers
  • Work with AV controllers, switchers, scalers, and matrix systems
  • Diagnose issues related to Crestron NVX, DM, and AV-over-IP solutions.
  • Assist with AV system installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
  • Provide on-site and remote AV support and coordinate with OEMs/vendors

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AV signal flow and cabling (HDMI, DP, VGA, USB, CAT6)
  • NVX Certification AV-over-IP solution
  • Familiarity with control systems (Crestron / Extron or similar)
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, LAN, PoE)
  • Ability to read AV schematics and system diagrams

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics
  • 2+ years experience in AV support or integration
