About the Role:

We are looking for an AV Pre-Sales Design Engineer with 45 years of experience who will be responsible for understanding client requirements, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, and developing AV system designs and proposals. The role involves working closely with sales, project, and design teams to create effective technology solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Requirement Analysis

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and project scope
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to gather detailed requirements
• Provide technical consultation to clients regarding AV solutions and system capabilities

Solution Design

• Design AV system architecture and solutions based on client needs and project specifications
• Design AV system architecture and integrated solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, collaboration spaces, and enterprise environments
• Prepare system schematics, signal flow diagrams, and technical drawings
• Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards

Proposal & Documentation

• Prepare technical proposals, bill of quantities (BOQ), and solution documentation
• Develop detailed solution presentations and technical documentation for client submissions

Sales Support

• Support the sales team during client presentations and technical demonstrations
• Provide technical clarification and guidance during the sales cycle
• Assist in solution positioning and technical discussions with clients

Required Skills & Experience

• 45 years of experience in AV Pre-Sales, AV Design, or AV Engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and AV integration solutions
• Experience designing conference room AV, collaboration systems, control systems, and digital displays
• Ability to prepare BOQ, system designs, and technical proposals
• Experience working with corporate AV projects and system integration companies
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
