We are seeking an experienced **Automotive Test Lead** to drive validation and verification activities across automotive software and electronic systems. You will be responsible for test planning, test strategy, execution oversight, defect analysis, and coordination with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery in compliance with automotive standards.

* Lead end-to-end automotive system and software testing activities

* Define test strategy, test plans, test design, and test coverage

* Develop and review test cases, test scripts, and test frameworks

* Manage and prioritize test execution, reporting, and defect tracking

* Ensure test delivery quality across HIL, SIL, MIL, and vehicle-level testing

* Coordinate test activities between internal teams, OEMs, and suppliers

* Conduct root cause analysis and support issue resolution with development teams

* Ensure compliance with **AUTOSAR**, **ISO 26262**, **ASPICE**, and quality processes

* Mentor junior testers and drive continuous process improvement

* Create detailed reports, dashboard metrics, KPIs, and risk assessments

Must-Have Skills

* 6+ years in automotive testing / embedded testing

* Strong knowledge in **ECU validation**, CAN/Ethernet-based communication, diagnostics (**UDS**, **DoIP**)

* Hands-on experience with HIL test systems (dSPACE / Vector VT / NI)

* Knowledge of test automation tools & scripting (**CAPL**, **Python**, CANoe/CANalyzer)

* Good understanding of **ADAS**, **Powertrain**, **Body ECU**, or Infotainment systems

* Solid understanding of automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR)

* Experience with requirements & defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, DOORS, Polarion)

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechatronics**, or related field
