Own authoring and validation of service and diagnostic procedures for automotive manuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Author step-by-step service procedures
• Validate technical accuracy of content
• Support illustrators with procedural clarity
• Review safety and compliance content

Experience Required

• 35+ years in automotive service/diagnostics
• OEM, Tier-1, or dealership background
• Strong procedural knowledge

Part-Time (Remote)

Role Purpose

Provide expert review and validation of automotive service and diagnostic content.

Key Responsibilities

• Review authored procedures
• Validate accuracy and safety
• Provide clarifications and corrections
• Support complex procedure authoring as needed

Experience Required

• Senior automotive SME background
• Ability to review and advise remotely
• Strong written feedback capability
