The Garage Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of a garage, particularly focusing on vehicles during the implementation phase of a project. The successful candidate will bring high-level expertise in managing and maintaining gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles while also leading a team of technicians and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Garage Operations Management: Oversee the daily functioning of the garage, ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and servicing of vehicles.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of garage personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet the company's standards.
- Implementation Phase Project Management: Lead the garage's contribution to the project during its implementation phase, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Handle maintenance and repair of gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles. Provide solutions for any issues with minimal downtime.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry regulations and internal company standards.
- Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training for junior mechanics and technicians in the latest technologies and best practices related to gasoline, hybrid, and electric cars.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation in a related field (Practical expertise over academic qualifications will be prioritized).
- Post-Graduation (Preferred but not required).
- Special Courses: Certification in automotive technology or a related specialized field is desirable.
Experience Required:
- High-level expertise in managing gasoline, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in an automotive workshop or garage.
- A track record of handling complex projects in an automotive setting.
